Definitely recommended! I started learning Portuguese. After registering, I was linked to my teacher Vanessa within a short time. Vanessa is great. Not only does she explain everything very well and clearly, but she also has a high dose of humor.

I was looking to learn Dutch at my own pace through Rosetta stone... but after 3 lessons with Ana, I already understood more about the language than that app could ever teach me. Tobias has been incredibly helpful from the start. I used the chat feature to get all my questions asked beforehand. It is a smooth process and the material is both challenging and insightful. I've enjoyed my lessons so far and hope to continue to learn! Thanks!

I was very satisfied with the way the classes are applied online, the teacher who accompanies me in the English course is very safe, flexible with schedule, has great teaching skills and great communication. The course at Tobian Language School has adequate physical resources that are conducive to learning, especially in this time of adapting online courses. I am very satisfied.

Fantastic learning school , thoroughly recommend for all who are starting out. Great value on the lessons and thanks to my allocated teacher Anita I have came out of it far more confident and with knowledge to apply the Dutch language. Myself I wish I had learned more words before starting out so for all you new learners, its a great idea to have a good memory bank of basic action/verb words in your head, this will make the lessons a lot easier. I will take further lessons down the road but I thank the school very much for giving me a great start , I would have been unable to get this far without your help.

My husband and I had a great experience with Tobian Language School. We both have been taking a course together to learn Russian. Our teacher Natalie is so understanding and patient with us. She takes time to help us understand and even tailors her lessons to our own interest. Tobias is also a great communicator and quick to help if you have any questions.

I am currently enrolled in a private Dutch course with Tobian language school, and am very satisfied with the set-up, teacher, organization and quality of the classes! Tobias was able to get me in touch with the most appropriate teacher, in an effortless manner. The teacher (Harry) is very knowledgeable, flexible, pleasant to work with, and is able to tailor the lesson content to suit me perfectly. We’ve been with Tobian Language school for two months now. Our experience has been great. The teachers are flexible and able to tailor the lesson content to suit the student’s needs.
It has really helped my two teenage sons learning German so far.
I have recommended it to two of my friends already.
The communication is great. The teachers are responsive and you can easily reach the head of the school if you need to make any changes.

I have started taking French class with Tobian Language school back in December. I was assigned to Vierginia. I have to say that I am pretty satisfied with the service received from both the school and the teacher. One tiny not positive comment is about the final exam which is very complex and takes more than 1 hour to be finished. However, Tobias is always available to make his customers satisfied and open to give extra! Very Good Tobias and thanks Vierginia 😀😀😀

I’ve had a very good experience learning French with this school, the teacher is very dedicated, the classes are dynamic and I am able to learn and practice different skills during each session, such as grammar, listening and conversation.
Overall, it’s great option for private classes with native teachers.

Currently learning Portuguese with the school (teacher is Miguel). Miguel and Tobias have both been responsive throughout. I have now had 4 lesson and I am already impressed by what I have learnt. So far, I have only followed a couple of classes, but am very much enjoying the so-called "Portuguese for Beginners" programme of the school. I highly recommend the Tobian Language School to anyone who is interested in learning a new language, whether as a beginner or starting from a more advanced level of fluency. It was a great way of working on my communication skills in French. I have a bit of trouble with grammar and my professor always had exercises ready for me to practice! She also sent me pdf files with further grammar explanation or vocabulary words. Overall, I had a lot of improvement (and fun) studying at Tobian Language School.

Initially I had my doubts to learn a foreign language from English (instead of Dutch, my mother tongue) but it went very smoothly. Talita is so kind and patient, and above all, she exactly teaches what and how I wanted to learn Portuguese.
To people wanting to learn Portuguese I can HIGHLY recommend Talita.
I had never imagined learning a language through Skype would be so efficient and pleasant, and I really want to express my gratitude towards Talita and Tobias - What a great experience !!!

For 10 weeks I have been following a French lesson from Mélanie every week. My vocabulary as well as grammar and knowledge about the culture is expanded every week. Nice to experience the variation, between learning the language and knowledge about the culture, in the lessons.
Communication is personal, fast and pleasant!

The school is excellent! My 10-year-old daughter is a student and always looks forward to classes. She adapted very well to the methodology, the classes are dynamic, balancing conversation and grammar. There is flexibility as to schedules, support materials are objective.
